We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. If all items in your order are ready for immediate shipment, we will email you to confirm the shipping date. Livestock will only be shipped after the shipping date is agreed upon. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout, and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
All livestock is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit, considering temperatures at both the origin and destination. We reserve the right to delay shipments if weather conditions pose a risk. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must provide a clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (based on the UPS delivery timestamp). Upon receiving the photo, we will issue store credit in the form of a Aquarium Solutions 101 gift card. The credit will not include shipping costs, and we do not offer refunds. The gift card must be used within 90 days of issuance.
